John Hancock - Partner
Following retirement from the banking industry as State Manager WA for the Australian Bank and Bank of New Zealand, John served as Managing Director of a public company in the property and services sectors. John then joined our agency in 1993 in a semi retirement capacity. Having always extensively travelled, John found a passion for helping others to enjoy travel as much as he did. He delights in finding a way to do something that nobody else can achieve, so if you are looking for a unusual or adventurous itinerary, John is the person to see. He has been an Insight Tours Top Achiever for the past 15 years and has extensive coach touring experience in Europe, including special group tours conducted by City Beach Travel & Cruise. John also has extensive cruise experience including cruising Australia to Europe via North America and the Panama Canal, Alaska, South America, Antarctica and Europe to Australia via the Suez Canal.
Previously on the Travellers Choice Board for 10 years, John has made a considerable contribution to the running of the group. His other passion is Rugby Union and he has served on the Judiciary in Perth since 2000, following ten years of 1st Grade and Schoolboy coaching in Perth. He has been awarded a Paul Harris Fellow from Rotary and is a Life Member of Wests Subiaco Rugby Club.
Michelle Hancock - Managing Senior Consultant
Michelle has been in the travel industry for eight years as a Consultant, but started stamping brochures and doing the accounts in her parent's agency at the age of 15. After completing a Bachelor of Commerce at UWA she travelled widely through Europe on two Contiki tours and enjoyed backpacking extensively whilst living in London for two years. After three years with Flight Centre as one of their Global Achieving Consultants, Michelle decided to join the family business in 2005. Michelle has travelled to Vietnam, Cambodia, Vanuatu, Singapore, China, Botswana, South Africa, LA, Hong Kong, Borneo, Malaysia, Thailand and Mauritius, she's cruised Tropical North Queensland as well as visiting Bali, Mexico, Maldives, Rio de Janerio, Buenos Aires and Iguassu Falls.
In 2009 Michelle travelled to Morocco and Dubai as an Insight Tours Top Achiever, experienced a self drive canal boat through the Burgundy region of France, cycled through the Loire Valley and travelled extensively through Italy. She was also very honoured to be invited on the 2009 Insight Vacations Top Achiever trip to Budapest, Vienna and Prague making Michelle our unofficial Europe expert. Most recently Michelle has visited Rwanda (to see the Gorillas), the Okavango Delta in Botswana, has taken Rovos Rail from Victoria Falls to Pretoria and enjoyed Sabi Sands in South Africa. Michelle has a passion for Africa and is more than happy to share her experiences and knowledge with you.

Sheree Wilson - Consultant
Returning from maternity leave Sheree brings back a wealth of knowledge to City Beach Travel & Cruise. She is a very experienced consultant and the quiet achiever of City Beach Travel & Cruise. First starting with us 20 years ago, she has built a strong rapport with our loyal clients.
Sheree has extensive knowledge of many of the worlds most popular destinations and will be happy to share many of her own experiences including a cruise out of New York, cruising around Croatia and Greek island hopping. Sheree has experienced everything on offer to holiday in Canada in both summer and winter as well as a ski trip to Niseko in Japan.
Her love of discovery and adventure has led her to travel the world extensively including some of the worlds most exotic locations, like Macchu Pichu in Peru and cruising along the Amazon river with Scenic Tours. Another great memory was encountering the wildlife whilst on safari in South Africa. Sheree has also had the pleasure of experiencing Club Med Bintan and Mauritius. She enjoys the relaxing tropical destinations like Bali, Koh Samui & Singapore.
Sheree has also experienced all the excitement and adventure that is Contiki, touring through Europe, Canada and USA.
